Entry into Italy is permitted for most countries in the world for study at the Italian Culinary Institute. The process is as simple as completing two Self Declaration forms and documentation from ICI that you are enrolled in a program.

Quarantine Accommodations for Overseas Travelers
If you are unsure whether or not you need to quarantine or for how long, email us here.
In order to make travel easier, comfortable and economical we have implemented the ICI Quarantine Accommodation. In this unique arrangement, participants will reside on our property in the same accommodation that will be provided for the entire program.
The ICI Quarantine Accommodation is NOT isolation. It includes community dining with proper distancing, optional virtual and practical cooking instruction as well as use of a private mini-gym that is used by one person at a time upon appointment. Participants are free to walk anywhere on our beautiful spacious grounds with stunning views and some of the freshest air in Italy.
The following arrangements are based on a ten to fourteen day quarantine.
